Modern Grains began in a small marble yard in Piraeus, where founder Eleni Vasiliou learned to read stone the way her grandfather read olive trees — by grain, by light, by season.

Today our atelier serves homes across Greece and the United Kingdom, pairing the geological richness of the Mediterranean with the precision of British kitchen craft.

Each countertop is templated on-site, finished by hand and installed by our own teams. Nothing is outsourced. Every seam is our signature.
